KS3 Maths 1:1 Tutoring
My focus is to develop understanding and build lasting confidence in every student.
Each lesson is tailored to identify and close knowledge gaps, while fostering mastery of key concepts to create a strong foundation for future success in Maths.
After each session, parents and carers will receive a detailed lesson report to track progress and next steps. Together, we'll unlock your child's potential — and make Maths a more enjoyable and rewarding experience.
£35 per 45 minute lesson
GCSE Maths 1:1 Tutoring
Our KS4 Maths tutoring programme is designed to help your child achieve their very best when sitting their GCSEs.
We focus on consolidating core knowledge and applying it to more complex problems, using past papers and targeted practice to build strong problem-solving skills and boost confidence.
After each session, parents and carers receive a detailed lesson report, along with any additional resources to support continued progress.
Students also benefit from midweek support for any questions, extra resources, or feedback on their work — ensuring consistent development between sessions.
£40 per 45 minute lesson
Maths Group Lessons
These small group sessions (up to 6 students) offer structured, supportive maths tuition at a more affordable rate. Each group is carefully organised by level, with tailored teaching focused on key KS3 or GCSE topics. Students benefit from clear explanations, guided practice, and the chance to learn alongside others—all while still receiving individual attention. Follow-up resources and support between sessions are also available.
£20 per 55 minute lesson

Who We Are
At SumSure Tutoring, we offer expert online Maths tuition for students in KS3 and KS4 — whether they’re in school, currently not attending, being home-schooled, or adult learners aiming for a Maths GCSE.
Our services are fully tailored to each learner’s needs, providing one-to-one tutoring and targeted GCSE preparation. We focus on strengthening mathematical foundations, boosting confidence, and helping every student to either stay on track, catch up, or excel in their mathematical journey.

My name is Victoria Holmes.
I have nearly 10 years of experience as both a classroom teacher and a tutor, providing in-person and online tutoring to students in the UK and internationally.
I studied Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Southampton and went on to complete my Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at the University of Winchester.
Passionate about mathematics, I am dedicated to helping individuals build confidence, develop a strong understanding, and find enjoyment in the subject.
I am fully Enhanced DBS checked.
